Purpose of this policy

This policy explains how ID4US uses cookies and similar storage technologies on its corporate website and how visitors can manage their choices.

Necessary storage

The site stores the visitor’s cookie choice locally in the browser so that the consent banner is not displayed on every page. This storage is necessary to remember the preference, is not used for audience measurement or advertising, and is renewed after six months.

Optional Google Analytics cookies

With the visitor’s prior consent, ID4US uses Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate website usage, such as pages viewed, navigation paths, device type and general traffic sources. The Google Analytics tag is blocked until consent is granted.

Browser restrictions may shorten these periods. ID4US does not use Google Analytics for advertising personalization and disables Google Signals in the website configuration.

Your choice

The first banner asks whether ID4US may use analytics cookies and provides equally accessible Reject and Accept choices. Rejecting analytics cookies does not affect access to the website.

Withdrawal of consent

You may change your decision at any time using the Cookie settings control in the footer. When analytics consent is withdrawn, the site removes the Google Analytics cookies it can access and stops loading Google Analytics on subsequent page views. The site asks for a fresh choice after six months.

Google as recipient

When analytics is accepted, data may be processed by Google Ireland Limited and other Google entities acting under Google’s applicable data-protection terms. Information may be transferred outside the European Economic Area subject to the safeguards described by Google and applicable law.
